Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase. However, if it doesn’t work out, you can initiate a return within 10 business days of receiving your items via our Return Portal. A pre-paid return shipping label will be generated once the return is submitted. We must receive your returned parcel at our warehouse within 10 business days from the date of return authorization for all refunds.
To return an item, it must:
- Be unworn and in its original condition
- Be in the original packaging
If your garment was damaged upon opening the package, please take a clear, date-stamped photograph of the damaged area, either in or with the packaging, to include with your return. Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be processed and will be returned to the sender.
Once your return shipment is received and approved, you will receive a confirmation of your refund within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item you do not want for a full refund and place a new order on clairesower.com at your convenience.
Final Sale
All sale products are final sale and not eligible for a refund or exchange. We do not allow returns for final sale items unless the item is received damaged.
