How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships from our warehouse, we will email you a tracking number. Please follow the link in the email to track your package. If you have any issues with tracking or receiving your package, email us at  and we will be able to assist you.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Because each piece is printed and sewn to order, just for you, it can take several weeks for you garments to be made and shipped. As soon as your pieces arrive in our warehouse, we will email you with a delivery date and shipment tracking number, so you can track your shipment in realtime.

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Absolutely! Please contact us within 24 to 72 hours of your order being placed via  and let us know how you want to amend your order. We cannot amend your order any later than 72 hours following your date /time of purchase.

How do I return / exchange an item? Made-to-order items

Due to the nature of made-to-order clothing, and the fact they have been specially created for you, we cannot do exchanges, unless you wish to replace a piece that arrived damaged, with the exact same style/print. 

If you received a faulty garment, please take time and date-stamped photos of the garment with the packaging and initiate a return through our return portal. If you would like a replacement piece, please email us at with your request. 

Returns can only be made within 10 days of receipt.
